Participants learn to become Self advocates and take responsibility in their own Healthcare. YourQuest® is the vehicle that empowers them to take better care of themselves and their family. It helps them measure their progress, success and compliance within the program.

YourQuest® includes a Personal Health Record and Emergency Medical Card to allow each participant the opportunity to monitor their personal biomedical data. YourQuest® program is unique in that it is owned by the individual participant. It is secure, private, portable and HIPPA compliant.
